4CR is a Navajo-led organization dedicated to working with Navajo communities in Northwestern New Mexico. We build trusted partnerships with Navajo community and chapterhouse leaders who want Diné communities and culture to flourish and local economies to grow. We support Navajo communities who have identified chapterhouse development projects as the mechanism to build healthy and thriving communities.  We augment community capacity by providing planning, technical assistance and financial resources to assist the implementation of their projects.

4CR is working to:

• Provide local Navajo communities access to planning, technical and financial resources they need to secure water from the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project and improve their ability to flourish.

• Convene a cohort of Navajo community and chapterhouse leaders to increase local knowledge and capacity to implement community and economic development plans.

• Grow our organization to serve as a consistent and trusted partner and resource to local Navajo communities.
